**During the holiday season (November & December), our Enjoyment Guarantee is extended to 60 days, to ensure that enjoyment is experienced with art you’ve ordered and gifted.
Choosing art that speaks to you is a valuable investment for your home, and we are here to ensure your investment is honored and protected.
What if I want to return or exchange an item?
Sometimes, you bring an item home and realize it just doesn’t quite work in your space. Yeah, we’ve had that happen, too. Consider donating the item, or better yet, gifting it to someone else before returning! Otherwise, please email within 30 days of delivery (60 days for orders placed in November & December), and we'll gladly help you find something else that you will love. Use your order number in the subject line and please provide a brief description of why the piece did not match your taste or home.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted based on the discretion of Coley Kuyper Art. We have different exchange procedures depending on whether you would like an item of equal or higher value. Returns will be given store credit equal to the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs. Please understand that depending on the situation, you may be responsible for all shipping and handling costs when returning the item.
The customizable options available for the art prints means that it is made according to your ordered selection. We want you to find the right art that fits your space, for the right look, in the right size. We don’t keep a warehouse of returned art that’s waiting for a new home, for someone to choose the exact same art in the exact same configuration. You can order in confidence knowing that you will not receive someone else’s returned piece. Therefore, returns are not accepted for custom ordered canvases, prints, and frames.
Please note that refunds are also not accepted for any purchased product marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable”.
Did your order arrive damaged?
We hope you won’t ever need this. But, the unexpected sometimes happens. If your order does arrive defective or damaged, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be prepared to include pictures, valid proof of purchase, and to send the item back in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
