Can I change my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours. If your order has not been put into production or shipped yet we are happy to make any changes needed. If your order includes a print on demand product (art prints, canvases, mugs, bags, shirts, etc.) and has already been put into production, you will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee on that item. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes. At that time, your desired changes would fall under our return policy.

How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Simply click on that link and get excited for your new art to arrive! Please note that the link may take up to 24 hours post-shipment to be active because the data won’t reflect until the item is scanned and in the system. We can’t wait for you to receive your order!

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Provided your order has not been shipped yet, we are happy to cancel it for you. If you have ordered artwork that is printed on demand (art prints, canvases, mugs, bags, shirts, etc.) and it has already been put into production, there will be a 25% cancellation fee on that item. This is because our POD products are made specifically for you and can not be resold or re-stocked. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our 30-Day Enjoyment Guarantee.

What if I need to change my address?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible with the updated shipping address. If your order has not shipped yet, we can change the shipping address for you. However, if your order is already in the final stages of production, we may not be able to update the shipping address.

What is Print On Demand?
We are so excited to now offer a variety of products that are printed on demand! This means that the artwork and products you choose are specifically made just for you. This is great because we leave no extra waste or unused products lying around and at the same time you are getting something special exactly the way YOU want! Once you choose your item and purchase it, we get to working on your new piece through our printing partners based here in the USA. Win win!

Our products are not limited in quantity available through these partners, but it is possible that there could be unexpected shortages and back-orders that are out of our control. These partners are working hard with a vast customer base to provide quality products for awesome people like you. If this should happen, we will be sure to maintain communication with you and ensure you receive your order ASAP when the material is re-stocked.

How long do I have to wait for my items to arrive?

After placing your order, a member of our various production teams will gratefully get to work preparing your goodies.

  • Framed or Unframed Canvases: 5-7 business days
  • Art Prints: 5-7 business days
  • Stationary + Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Apparel + Home Goods: 3-10 business days

Apparel + Home Goods Production Time
As long as items are in stock, your shipment should be on its way to you in 3-10 business days. Occasionally we will offer products as a pre-order. Production and shipping time-frame will be noted at checkout.
