What are Printable Downloads?
©Coley Kuyper Art Printables & Downloads are artwork - lettered artwork, paintings, and graphic designs - created by Coley that are made available to you as digitally received files.

Where are my files?
After checkout on the confirmation page, you will see the option to download your prints immediately.

In your order confirmation email, you will receive two items: (1) the download link for your purchase, and (2) a downloadable print release form to present for professional printing services.

If for some reason you don’t receive an email within 5 minutes, search “Coley Kuyper Art” or “Digital Downloads” (the app that delivers our downloads), to see if it landed in a promotional folder. The subject of this email will be, “Your Printable is here!”. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we will make sure it gets to you!

How do I print my Printables?
Printables are designed in multiple sizes depending on the product purchased. Printable Art Prints are designed as 8x10 pieces of art, to be printed on traditional Letter sized paper - 8.5” x 11” @ 300 dpi.

Print on your home printer as you would any PDF, or at your local print center, such as FedEx Office, Office Depot, or Staples. A print shop may ask for written consent from the creator, which you can find in your order confirmation email, or on the Terms & Services page.

If this is your first time printing with a print shop, we suggest putting the file on a drive of sorts and heading into your local print center so you can discuss paper options, etc. They can give you instructions on emailing future projects and getting notified when it’s ready for pick-up.

How many may I download and print?
Your Printable purchase is limited to two (2) downloads. At this time, we do not have a limit to how many times you may print your Printable purchase. The only guideline is that you follow the legal terms described in our Terms & Services page regarding Digital Downloads.

You may not use the artwork in any other way than its original intent. For example, you may not forward the file, redistribute and/or sell the print, or use the artwork to create canvases or posters. You may not separate the artwork and use it as part of an invitation or any other piece, printed or digital.

What kind of paper should I use?
We recommend using cardstock as your best at-home printing option. When we’re in a pinch and putting it in a frame, sometimes we’ll even skip the cardstock and use normal printer paper. No one will know! If you’d like to use a more fancy paper for printing at home, we recommend Paper Source Luxe White Cardstock. It has a slight texture, making inkjet prints feel like a higher quality. Some people may even choose photo paper, but we would recommend a matte finish if you decide to go with that option.

DO I NEED A PRINT RELEASE FOR MY DOWNLOADABLE ARTWORK?
Some print shops and printers require them, but some do not. Either way, it’s a good idea to have this page available on your phone or device.
